Our Return Policy
At The Espresso Bandit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:1
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received2 it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Used Espresso Appliances and any used Merchandise will not be accepted unless manufacture defect.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@espressobandit.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.3
- Receive RMA: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have4 received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your5 original method of payment within [Number] business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable6 unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are acceptable once paid merchandise is returned in original working order free of damage. Difference will paid or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact8 us immediately within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
