The SK40 is a stepless variation of the popular Turin SD40, engineered for those who demand ultimate control over their grind. It features the same high-quality 40mm stainless steel conical burrs with 8 points (identical to the SD40 V2) and is designed with a tilted base and powerful bellows to virtually eliminate retention. This thoughtful design means your expensive beans aren't wasted and your flavor is always fresh.

While it is compact, the aluminum body gives the SK40 a premium, solid feel that you won't find in many competitors. Its stepless adjustment mechanism, controlled by a finely-tuned auger, allows for infinite, minute changes to your grind size, letting you dial in the perfect shot of espresso with surgical precision.
