Shipping & Delivery

At The Espresso Bandit, enjoy free standard shipping on all qualifying online retail orders over $99 within the continental United States (lower 48 states and Washington D.C.). No promo codes needed—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

  • Exceptions: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale accounts. Some oversized or heavy items may have shipping surcharges, which will be clearly shown on the product page before checkout.
  • Abandoned Orders: Products left at our fulfillment facilities for more than 90 days after purchase will be considered forfeited.

General Order & Cancellation Policy

Payment is collected in full at checkout. We do not offer payment terms, deposits, or partial payments for web orders.

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel in-stock orders within 3 days of purchase. Cancellations after equipment purchase processing are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
  • Bank & Freight Fees: Customers are responsible for any transaction-related fees, including freight charges, customs/import duties (for international orders), and bank fees.

Order Confirmation & Processing

After you place your order with The Espresso Bandit, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. This means your order is in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized.

We’ll check to make sure your items are in stock and ready to ship.

  • If your item is available: We’ll process your payment and get your order ready to ship within 5 business days.
  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable: We’ll void the pre-authorization and contact you by email to discuss your options.

Shipping Timelines

In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days after payment is processed.

After your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking info sent to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours. If you don’t get this email within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at support@espressobandit.com.

International Orders & Electrical Compatibility

Equipment sold by The Espresso Bandit is designed for the United States market and needs a standard 110VAC or 220VAC electrical system to work properly.

All products are certified to meet U.S. electrical safety standards, but are not usually certified for other countries’ electrical grids. International customers must check compatibility before purchasing.

Receiving Your Delivery & Reporting Damages

Please check your package carefully when it arrives.

  • Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If you see damage to the outer packaging, note it when signing for delivery, or refuse the delivery.
  • Concealed Damage: If you find damage after accepting the delivery, take clear photos of the damaged items and the box.
  • Filing a Claim: Send your photos to support@espressobandit.com right away, then visit our Returns page to submit your claim online. (All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.)
