Return Policy by Product Category
Because we work with specialized equipment, our return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on opened or used equipment. All approved returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and in 100% sellable condition.
1. Espresso Machines
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- All approved espresso machine returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers the cost of processing and returning the item to inventory.
2. Coffee Grinders, Commercial, & Heavy Equipment
- All sales are final on coffee grinders, heavy machines, and commercial equipment. These items are non-refundable once payment is received.
3. Parts
- Unused parts in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of placing your order.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly exempt from returns or refunds:
- Opened or used equipment of any kind.
- Custom or modified items built to your specifications.
- Special order items that are not kept in regular stock.
- Electrical accessories.
- Perishable goods, including coffee beans and food items (for health and safety reasons).
- Bulk purchases (cases of five or more of the same product).
Return Shipping
For all eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damages, Defects, and Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please thoroughly inspect your delivery upon arrival. You must report any damages or discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If you miss this 48-hour window, we may be unable to assist with a claim.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Do not ship your product back to us without prior authorization. To start a return or report a damaged item:
- Email Us/Call Us: Contact our support team at support@espressobandit.com or call us at 1-877-843-2683 with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours.
- Ship It Back: Once authorized, securely pack the item with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories, and send it to the address provided by our team.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, it will undergo a strict inspection. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or missing components, the return will be rejected.
