Frequently Asked Questions: Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying retail orders over $250 within the continental United States. Please note that wholesale accounts and certain heavy or oversized items may be exempt from this offer.

Can I return my espresso machine? We accept returns on espresso machines within 14 days of delivery, provided the machine is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please be aware that all approved espresso machine returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee PLUS 3.5% credit reversal fee. We cannot accept returns on opened or used machines.

Can I return a coffee grinder or commercial equipment? No. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final on coffee grinders, commercial equipment, and heavy machines.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or defective? Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery! You must report any damages, defects, or incorrect items to us at support@espressobandit.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If you miss this 48-hour window, we may not be able to process a claim or exchange.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? You may cancel orders for in-stock items within 3 days of purchase. However, please note that any cancellations made after an equipment purchase is processed will incur a 30% restocking fee and a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Are there any items that can never be returned? Yes. To maintain our high quality and safety standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used equipment

  • Coffee beans and other perishable food items

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Electrical parts

  • Bulk orders (cases of 5 or more of the same product)

How do I start a return? Never ship an item back without getting approval first! To initiate a return, email support@espressobandit.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 72 hours with further instructions.
