Shipping & Delivery
At The Espresso Bandit, we offer free standard shipping on all qualifying online retail orders over $99 within the continental United States (lower 48 states and Washington D.C.).". No promo codes are required—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
- Exceptions: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale accounts. Certain oversized or heavy items may incur shipping surcharges, which will be clearly stated on the product page prior to checkout.
- Abandoned Orders: Any purchased products left at our fulfillment facilities for more than 90 days will be considered forfeited.
General Order & Cancellation Policy
Payment is captured in full at the time of checkout. We do not offer payment terms, deposits, or partial payments for web orders.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an in-stock order, you may do so within 3 days of purchase. However, please note that any cancellations made after an equipment purchase is processed are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
- Bank & Freight Fees: The customer is fully responsible for all transaction-related fees, including freight charges, customs/import duties (for international orders), and bank fees.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place an order with The Espresso Bandit, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order is in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase.
As soon as your order is received, we verify that your items are in stock and ready to ship.
- If your item is available: We will process the payment and prepare your order for shipment within 5 business days.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable: We will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss alternative arrangements.
Shipping Timelines
In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days of your payment being processed.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the address provided at checkout within 24 hours. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days of placing your order, please follow up with us at support@espressobandit.com.
International Orders & Electrical Compatibility
Please be aware that the equipment sold by The Espresso Bandit is manufactured specifically for the United States market and requires a standard 110VAC or 220VAC electrical system to function properly.
While all our products are fully certified to meet U.S. electrical safety standards, they generally have not been certified for use with other countries' electrical grids. International customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before making a purchase.
Receiving Your Delivery & Reporting Damages
Please inspect your package thoroughly the moment it arrives.
- Visible Damage Upon Delivery: If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging, you must make a note of it when signing for the delivery, or refuse to accept the delivery altogether.
- Concealed Damage: If you accept the delivery and discover the product or internal packaging is damaged, immediately take clear photos of the damaged items and the box.
- Filing a Claim: Send your photos to support@espressobandit.com right away, then visit our Returns page to officially submit your claim online. (Note: As stated in our Return Policy, all damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).
